About Me

My name is Erica!
I am a wife, mother, and potter! I create things that are inspired by nature and all of the amazing things in it! I truly enjoy working with mud and making art that is truly functional!
At one point I was painting with watercolors but soon got discouraged because I wasn't able to really use what I was making. That's when I discovered the amazing world of ceramics! I now use that background in watercolors to add the paintings to my pieces. It is so fulfilling knowing these pieces will be used!
Each piece I make is handmade on a Potter's Wheel. Every piece will be unique and a one of a kind. Not to mention made with so much care and love. My goal is that each person that purchases a piece of my work will be reminded of a cherished memory. 
I have taken classes on ceramics and have taught myself a lot of the techniques I now know. A lot of trial and error! But as I progress I love the challenge this medium offers, and I love making these functional pieces of art that I hope people will use and cherish for years to come!
