Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most my items shop is 1-3 business days and is shipped using USPS.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When will you restock your shop?

I restock my shop about once a month. Sometimes more than that. I always announce my shop updates on Instagram @ericarosepottery. You can always contact me if you have any questions! You can also subscribe to my mailing list and receive updates.

Custom and personalized orders

I am not currently accepting custom orders or preorders. I do plan to open these up in the future!

Care instructions

My mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe. BUT I personally hand wash all of my handmade ceramics to prolong the life of them. And I try to avoid taking a ceramic piece from really hot temperature to freezing cold right away. This puts stress on the piece that may result in a shortened lifespan for your piece. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
